Frank is the founder and CEO of the global Contraco Organization. He founded Contraco in 1998 as a professional service company in the fields of search and internet business. Frank was responsible for establishing and developing the key accounts Deutsche Telekom, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Telekom Italia, etc. as a base for Contraco´s Expansion into new markets. Today frank is responsible for overall strategy and of course for further global business development.
Before starting Contraco, Frank was a business leader for the german meteorological department and the federal ministry of transportation and city developement.
Frank holds a degree in economics and administration from the university of cologne.
Tim Judd Chief Executive Officer, contraco Americas

Tim is the founder of Contraco’s operations in the United States. In addition to his CEO responsibilities, he leads the eBusiness Strategies and Technology offerings in the Americas, including the Search and Brisbane lines of business.
Tim brings over 20 years of experience in the publishing, marketing design and advertising, systems integration and extensive Internet search technology and business development expertise.
Prior to launching Contraco USA, Tim was Director, Business Development for the search business unit of Terra-Lycos one of the original consumer search destinations. Before Lycos he led the business development efforts of and Fast Search and Transfer, a leading search technology for corporations and was responsible for its expansion into the European Internet market.
Before his entrance into the dot com world in 1999 Tim worked all over the world designing and selling major publishing solutions with the industry leader in that market Atex Media Solutions. He has brought that experience to the world of new media and leads Contraco’s division which supplied e-Commerce and New Media solutions to the world of On-line newspapers.
A native of the United Kingdom, Tim is a trained genetic engineer and holds a Bachelor in Science from Leeds University.
Chris Jung Managing Director, contraco Asia

Chris leads Contraco’s overall business operations in Asia. Based out of Contraco’s Seoul Office, Chris focuses on the Korean and Japanese technology market and has established partner relationships for customer needs in the China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia markets. Chris’ background includes leadership and delivery experience in Internet & mobile business development, Internet Strategic Alliances, On & Off-line Ad sales and marketing, and consumer marketing and media analysis.
Prior to joining Contraco, Chris was Group Manager & Business Leader for Microsoft’s MSN line of business in Korea. Chris was a Senior Account Executive for LGAd, Inc. (part of WPP Group) prior to working for MSN.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Management from Yonsei University, and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing, from The University of Washington.
Thijs Stoffer Managing Director, contraco Europe

Thijs Stoffer has an extensive international experience in US and European business development and strategic consulting and was successful in working with numerous US and European based companies and organizations establishing business in other countries. He has a wide ranged network and speaks multiple languages.
Before joining contraco, Thijs Stoffer has been active in the real estate industry, international horticulture and direct marketing. He worked for the Dutch professional real estate association for many years, managing its strategic communications and international business relations. As a pioneer in the development of the professional bodies in the European Union for brokerage, valuation and property management, he helped shape these organizations from the beginning.
His commitment to the industry has stayed with him, while successfully developing his own business as a managing director and owner of a consultancy firm in the Netherlands working on numerous international information technology, eCommerce and web-based projects and assignments. He fulfilled business development and M&A services for several US Internet portals wanting to expand to Europe and Latin America. Has gained a broad international experience when leading various market research projects, identifying take-over objectives, market entries, contract negotiations (term sheets, due diligence, buying process, post-merger integration, first and second round financing and strategic counseling) in European and Latin American countries.
He has also worked as director marketing in the Dutch and international horticulture auction industry for a number of years, shaping the transitions from traditional transaction based market systems in a multibillion dollar business, to automated and web-based technologies facilitating export- and import of horticultural products and services around the world.
As manager business development, Thijs Stoffer worked for the Dutch subsidiary of a US corporation selling business information systems and direct marketing services.
Thijs Stoffer was trained in strategic communications, political science and international relations. He lives in Switzerland with his wife and two daughters.
