Background
A major Internet Service Provider and destination site, had a car component in their product offering but the rapid growth of competitive offerings clearly indicated that there was more value to be obtained. Our partner had limited access to content with a poor end user experience in terms of navigation and no real way that they could track leads generated on their site.
Contraco was charted to analyse the market potential and recommend improvements their product
offers. As an active partner Contraco was responsible for the success of the deployment of the re­commendations.

Automotive is a vertical category where access to high quality premium content is critical. We researched and negotiated several joint venture relationships which gave them access to a large amount of high quality content which we mobilized through a fast and flexible search solution which also offered content from local dealers.

Results and Next Steps
The new site was deployed with enormous success, generating large increases in traffic and the ability to track leads meant that they where able to generate a net ROI in less than 30 months and has been a significant profit center ever since, taking automotive from relative obscurity to a lead position in the traffic on the site.
