 Contraco worked with this partner and generated a detailed market analysis. A key result of the analysis influencing future decisions was that Germany and South Korea were the logical next target markets for the products.
Facilitating ancillary product needs, Contraco established third party business partnerships such as negotiations for the premium content source needed for product viability in the target markets. Providing development expertise we translated the products into the local languages (adding double byte support in the case of Korean).
Working closely with our partner’s executive team, Contraco introduced and managed distribution relationships. These relationships established our partner’s product on the desktops of 15 million end users world wide, through a series of white label deals where their products where branded by various major internet entities.
Results and Next Steps
 Our partner went from relative obscurity to a high profile player in approximately six months. The improved profile and business position generated by the enormous increase in distribution and the favorable press comment lead to an attractive M&A offer from a major company in the space.
